Step 1: Financial Representative TraineeYou’ll enjoy all the benefits of being a Mutual of Omaha employee, while receiving the tools you’ll need for short- and long-term success during the 30-day training period.

Step 2: Financial RepresentativeWhile you’ll still be a Mutual of Omaha employee, you’ll do joint field work alongside an experienced advisor. In your steps toward becoming an independent advisor, you’ll proactively prospect new clients and set up their appointments with you.

Step 3: Financial AdvisorAfter approximately two years, you’ll then transfer your business to an independent, licensed financial advisor role.
