As a Lead Architect for Workplace Solutions Integration ART, you will identify, analyze, and translate business drivers into technical architecture requirements, offering a customer-focused perspective on I/S decisions.  Skill in navigating complex issues with clarity and logic will be key to your success and you will collaborate with other architects to provide direction, define the area’s architecture, align on a set scope, support corporate strategy and achieve target architecture goals. 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: Minimum: $160,000 - $185,000, plus annual bonus opportunity 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Architecture Leadership:  Independently execute complex architectural activities, providing expert guidance on architecture principles, practices, and patterns. Defines overall direction and creates business and enterprise architectures to effectively support business strategy through the delivery of models, frameworks, and other artifacts that guide the organization and effectively support the corporate business strategy. 
  • Strategic Planning & Advisory: Collaborate with other Lead Architects to analyze and translate business drivers into architectural requirements, offering insights that influence strategic partnerships, business operations, and customer experience. 
  • Innovation & Evaluation: Lead “what-if” scenarios, white-boarding, and proof of concept (POC) sessions to explore new architectural concepts and validate strategic impact. 
  • Framework Development: Define and deliver enterprise architecture models, frameworks, and practices aligned with corporate strategy. 
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach team members and peers, lead community discussions, and drive the adoption of architecture best practices. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of Architecture leadership, specializing in cloud hosted solutions, domain driven API designs, with proven success in building scalable, high-performance systems that align with business goals. 
  • Skilled in translating complex technical and business requirements into effective architectural solutions, leveraging modern methodologies to drive business outcomes and exceed stakeholder expectations. 
  • Deep expertise in business systems operations, workflow analysis, and process reengineering, with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and serving as a trusted partner in driving systems strategy. 
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time through effective planning, risk management, and collaboration across teams. 
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective on long-term goals. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and initiatives that drive the most value for the organization. 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Familiar with MuleSoft, Kafka, AWS and Github
  • Integration with external strategic business partners 
  • Group Benefits experience 
  • Experience with Agile Release Train (ART) methodologies
