This role leads transformational change by optimizing the Individual Claims process to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency. It ensures a cost-effective, value-added service for customers while aligning with the company's strategic goals through strong partnerships and communication.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $84,500 - $112,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and develop a team handling individual health claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, new legislation, and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align claims operations with business goals.
  • Manage workflow, monitor performance, and establish quality and time service standards.
  • Develop and support a culture of continuous improvement, training, and engagement within the team.
  • Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and staffing to meet strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience with individual health claims such as Cancer, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, or similar products.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to analyze trends, optimize processes, and drive efficiency.
  • Knowledge of claims operations, insurance regulations, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
