Training begins July 11, 2025 - MUST be able to work full time hours Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm CST during training.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $19.75, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Services inbound calls from providers and members to resolve dental insurance issues surrounding eligibility, benefits, claims status and payments. 
  • Provides sound customer service over the phone for routine inquiries and assists with complex and sensitive cases as appropriate. 
  • Receives, researches, analyzes and handles incoming calls utilizing numerous company systems, policies, regulations, procedures and other reference materials to effectively resolve customer issues. Elevates sensitive customer requests when necessary. 
  • Remains abreast of Company and industry changes, federal and state legislation and regulations, as well as changes in internal processes and procedures. 
  • May provide service recovery, turning complaint or error situations into a positive customer experience; uses every contact as an opportunity to conserve or expand business.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient typing skills and the ability to work in multiple computer systems concurrently.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change. 
  • Ability to multitask including interacting with customers while simultaneously documenting calls. 
  • This position will require you to provide your own high speed internet connection with 50 megabits per second is required and 150 megabits is recommended for best results.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Customer service experience.  
  • Experience in related fields including dental insurance or services.  
  • Demonstrated professional experience in training or teaching.
