We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who is excited to work with data and numbers to join our team as a Group Premium Services Representative.   • Hourly Wage: $21.38, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Perform premium processing, address customer inquiries, and maintain confidentiality. You'll resolve issues to exceed customer expectations while maintaining efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
  • Analyze statements, oversee premium payments for groups, and uphold data integrity in company systems.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing statements and premium payments. Identify, evaluate and resolve eligibility and billing entries. 
  • Identify and communicate premium and eligibility errors as needed.
  • Maintain certholder eligibility and premium application. Ensure full compliance with coverage requirements outlined in policyholder contracts and relevant state and federal regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Strong background in working with numbers in a billing capacity.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard and calculator, as well as proficient typing and data entry skills with strict attention to detail. 
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside sound judgment, creativity, and flexibility.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Experience in professional office roles involving insurance products, and accounting.
  • Knowledge of contract provisions and the ability to communicate in terms a customer can understand regarding premium collection.
