As our UX Architect, you’ll collaborate closely with other Architects, Solution Leads, UX Designers, UX Visual Designers, Developers, Business System Analysts, SEO/Analyst, and Business Partners to create improved user experiences. You'll design the overall strategy for large digital initiatives, work with the team members on guidance, lead project innovation forward, and champion user-centered design across the organization.

  • Estimated Salary: $125,500 - $169,500 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as UX Architect and Solution Lead, driving enterprise UX strategy and research within Agile teams.
  • Align and guide UX efforts across multiple teams and environments to ensure cohesive, accessible solutions.
  • Design and guide user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models across digital channels.
  • Mentor UX Designers on various UX design processes improving skillsets.
  • Lead enterprise UX initiatives, translating business goals and constraints (ADA, compliance, legal) into effective digital experiences.
  • Provide visionary UX leadership, advocating for user-centered design and mentoring designers to elevate craft and consistency.  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX design, UX research, or interaction design.
  • A strong portfolio that shows your thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving approach.
  • Experience running usability testing and using insights and analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools and responsive, accessible design best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative, inclusive mindset.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience leading or mentoring designers.
  • Background working on Agile teams.
  • Mobile (IOS/Android) design systems.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries.
  • Active involvement in the UX/design community.
