As the Information Services Manager for Enterprise Output Management (EOM) within Enterprise Capabilities, you will lead the teams and platforms responsible for delivering business‑critical customer communications across the organization. These communications span policies, statements, checks, notices, and other regulated content that directly represent our brand, compliance posture, and customer trust. This role blends people leadership, delivery execution, and platform stewardship. You will guide modernization efforts, ensure operational stability, and help the organization navigate competing priorities across a complex and highly interconnected landscape. |
