As a Content Asset Manager (or Sr. Content Asset Manager, depending on experience), you’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and other stakeholders to manage workflows, maintain content accuracy, and keep campaigns moving efficiently from development through final storage and retirement.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Content Asset Manager: $68,000 - $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sr. Content Asset Manager: $75,500 - $97,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance applications and forms, from intake and review through distribution, storage, and decommission.
  • Ensure marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand and product guidelines.
  • Coordinate review and approval processes with Product Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Underwriting, and Creative teams.
  • Manage and prioritize workflows within marketing operations and project management systems, identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Monitor, interpret and apply federal and state regulatory changes that impact insurance product documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in marketing content.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations, asset management, and content review workflows.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience supporting regulated industries such as insurance or financial services.
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools such as Workfront or Jira.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or other creative asset tools.
