Associate Product Owner: $86,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

Product Owner: $97,000 - $115,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Drive Product Solutions: Lead cross-functional teams and Agile Release Train resources to deliver high-value product solutions aligned with strategic visions, ensuring consistent customer value delivery.

Backlog Prioritization: Manage and refine product backlogs by balancing business value, stakeholder input, and strategic priorities to achieve impactful outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with ART leadership, business owners, subject matter experts, and other Product Owners to define and refine features, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and seamless communication across teams.

Agile Leadership: Act as a Product Owner for an Agile Release Train car, participating in planning, demos, retrospectives, and ceremonies to enhance product quality and team velocity.

Outcome Monitoring: Oversee business outcomes by tracking progress, adjusting priorities, and resolving delivery challenges while ensuring seamless transitions to operations, including training and communication.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and address risks in partnership with system delivery teams, escalating and resolving issues to keep projects on track while aligning with business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
-
Professional Experience: Either (1) 3+ years in a business role or as a Product Owner/Product Manager, with a track record of leading product development, prioritizing work, and delivering outcomes aligned to business strategy; or (2) 5+ years as an expert contributor on a systems team with deep knowledge of internal/external-facing UI technology and related backend systems that support insurance activities (e.g., enrollment, premium payment, and enrollee/member data management).

Agile Product Ownership Expertise: Ability to serve as a Product Owner for one or more Agile Release Train cars, with a conceptual understanding of the SAFe framework and its roles, processes, and collaboration methods.

Industry and Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry, operational business processes, and a broad understanding of technology domains, including cloud, client-server, SaaS, and Enterprise Architecture.

Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, and negotiation abilities to build relationships with stakeholders, guide teams, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Analytical and Organizational Proficiency: Excellent time management, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills, coupled with the ability to independently manage complex, multi-year initiatives.
PREFERRED:

Proven ability to analyze and map complex data flows across systems, with a focus on external/internal facing User Interface (UI) and relationships to backend systems.

Strong understanding of Group Insurance concepts around member enrollment life cycles, member management, premium and billing.
