Our inclusive culture
We have a strong culture centered on our people. Through our cornerstone culture program, we have established a common set of values that guide the way we interact with each other and our customers. Diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded within these values.

Mutual is home to nine Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), consisting of associates who have voluntarily joined together around shared characteristics, life experiences, or general curiosity. Each group, which are open to all associates, focuses on creating awareness and programming to improve the diversity and inclusiveness of our workforce, workplace and business.
