We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to support licensed agents in a call center sales environment (Direct Sales Center). This role focuses on listening to calls, coaching agents in the moment, and driving improvement through clear expectations and consistent follow-up.

The ideal candidate values both results and the behaviors that create them, holds agents accountable, and is comfortable having honest conversations. Success means being actively involved in coaching, developing talent, recognizing strong performance, and building an engaged, accountable sales team.

This role will begin with a standard 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. schedule. Schedule flexibility is required, as hours may vary based on business needs. Supervisors will participate in a planned rotation to provide evening and weekend coverage when leadership is unavailable.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: 60,000-75,000 plus commission.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. See our benefits and perks page for details.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Hands-on coaching: Actively listens to agent calls, gives timely and specific coaching, and follows up to see real behavior change—not just checks a box.
  • Behavior + results mindset: Understands that how results are achieved matters just as much as the numbers and consistently holds agents accountable to both.
  • Ownership and consistency: Shows up every day, does the hard work, and applies expectations fairly and consistently across the team.
  • Developing people: Builds trust, engages agents, recognizes good work, and creates an environment where people can grow, improve, and be held accountable.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing sales environment and able to adjust coaching and priorities as business needs evolve

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated strong leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably within a telemarketing or call center setting
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and telephone-based marketing, including both inbound and outbound functions
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, project management, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
  • Open to traveling and working from the corporate headquarters in Omaha on an as-needed basis
  • Must have schedule flexibility, as work hours may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including Saturdays
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
