The Supervisor, Distribution Compensation leads a team responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of producer compensation across multiple distribution channels. This role supports the end‑to‑end distribution life cycle and partners closely with key stakeholders to ensure compensation processes are efficient, well‑controlled, and aligned with business strategy.

  • Estimated Salary: $68,000-$100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide direct leadership to a team managing commissions, bonuses, and incentive payments.
  • Oversee daily compensation operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to approved plans and contracts.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex compensation issues, discrepancies, and producer inquiries.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement compensation changes, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Support modernization and documentation efforts to improve scalability, consistency, and associate knowledge.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct people management, coaching, and performance development.
  • Experience supporting the distribution life cycle, including producer management. 
  • Strong understanding of producer compensation concepts such as commissions, bonuses, incentives, and related processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, detail‑oriented work in a regulated or operational environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology partners.

  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
